A well-established dental practice in Springfield, IL is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join the team. This opportunity offers a high-income earnings, strong patient base, and a fast track to ownership. With a supportive team, modern systems, and a PPO/FFS patient base, the right doctor can thrive personally and professionally in this role.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
Perform restorative, removable, and anterior endodontic procedures
Learn and assist in advanced services such as guided implant placement and Invisalign
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Support a patient-first culture and uphold clinical excellence

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active or eligible Illinois dental license
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Interest in mentorship and continuous learning
Open to new graduates and experienced providers

$150,000 guaranteed base salary, reoccurring every 2 years plus % of collections
